Building Student Momentum from High School to College

Transition courses offered in the high school senior year can help students to become college-ready in math and English, especially when they are co-designed with college faculty. This session considered different transition course design options in use around the country and discussed the pros and cons of each. There was also be a brief discussion of shorter interventions like summer bridges.
