Dan Cullinan

Dan Cullinan is a research associate at MDRC, where he directs MDRC’s Multiple Measures Assessment Project. He is also the cost analyst for the City University of New York Accelerated Study in Associate Programs Replication in Ohio and the Detroit Promise Path program, both of which provide forms of support such as intensive advising and financial incentives to students to help them stay in school and graduate. Cullinan is the data manager and impact analyst on the Text Ed demonstration project, which is evaluating the effectiveness of a low-cost enhancement to Educational Opportunity Center services. Before joining MDRC, Cullinan worked at the Center for Research on Children in the U.S. at the Georgetown Public Policy Institute. He has a master’s degree in economics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
