Clive Belfield

Clive Belfield is a professor of economics at Queens College, City University of New York, and co-director of the Center for Benefit-Cost Studies at Teachers College, Columbia University. He is a specialist in cost-effectiveness analysis and has conducted research on the economics of education and published three books and over 50 articles in peer-reviewed journals. He has a PhD in economics from the University of Exeter. At CAPR, Dr. Belfield leads cost-effectiveness analyses.
