Whitney Kozakowski
Whitney Kozakowski is a PhD candidate in education in the education policy and program evaluation concentration at Harvard University and an IES PIER fellow through Harvard’s Center for Education Policy Research. Kozakowski studies education policy and inequality, with a focus on postsecondary education and transitions to college and the workforce. She primarily uses quantitative methods, particularly experimental and quasiexperimental research designs, to provide rigorous evidence on the effects of education policies and programs. Kozakowski’s work has been published in peer-reviewed journals including Economics of Education Review and Industrial and Labor Relations Review and has been featured in news outlets including The Chronicle of Higher Education, Education Week, Inside Higher Ed, and USA Today.
