Terrence Willett

Terrence Willett is the dean of research, planning, and institutional effectiveness at Cabrillo College in Aptos, California, and the founding researcher for the Multiple Measures Assessment Project by the Research and Planning Group. He has over 20 years of experience in program planning and evaluation, large-scale relational database integration and analyses, creating predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques, data dashboard design and implementation, and geographic information systems analyses. Willett also has experience as a field biology instructor and as a math and science tutor for the general student population, as well as for the Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement (MESA) program and for Disabled Students Programs and Services. He has written papers and presented on topics including the use of high school data in college placement, evaluating acceleration curricula in English and math, student engagement and support service effectiveness, and predicting student persistence.
