He has over 20 years of experience in program planning and evaluation, large-scale relational database integration and analyses, creating predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques, data dashboard design and implementation, and geographic information systems analyses. Willett also has experience as a field biology instructor and as a math and science tutor for the general student population, as well as for the Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement (MESA) program and for Disabled Students Programs and Services.
